Pillo provides reporting and analytics tools to help employers measure how their job postings are performing. These insights can help you understand hiring trends, applicant activity, and which roles are receiving the most engagement.

Accessing Applicant Reports

To view job performance metrics:

  1. Log in to your Employer Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu
  3. Open the Applicants Report section

Here, you’ll see visual charts, filters, and detailed hiring data for your job postings.

Active Jobs

Shows the number of job postings currently live and accepting applications.

These jobs:

  • Are visible to candidates

Inactive Jobs

Shows jobs that are:

  • Paused
  • Closed
  • Archived
  • No longer accepting applications

Inactive jobs remain available internally for reporting purposes.

Total Applications

Displays the number of applications received across your job postings.

Job-Level Performance Data

The reporting table provides detailed metrics for each job posting, including:
