How Job Verification Affects Publishing

To maintain a safe and trusted hiring platform, Pillo requires all companies to complete verification before publishing job posts publicly.

This process helps protect job seekers from scams, fraudulent listings, and misleading employer activity.

You Can Create Jobs Before Verification

Employers can:

  • Create job postings
  • Save jobs as drafts
  • Complete job details and descriptions
  • Prepare hiring workflows

Why Verification is Required

Verification helps Pillo:

  • Confirm companies are legitimate businesses
  • Prevent fraudulent job postings
  • Improve trust between employers and candidates
  • Maintain the quality of jobs on the platform

Verified employers also provide a better experience for job seekers and improve the platform's overall credibility.

What Happens if Your Company is Not Verified?

If your company has not completed verification:

  • Your jobs will remain in Draft or Inactive status
  • The job posting will not appear in public search results
  • Candidates will not be able to apply

You may also see messages or notifications reminding you to complete verification before publishing.

How to Complete Verification

To submit your company verification:

  1. Go to your Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Company
  3. Select the Verification tab
  4. Click Add
  5. Complete the verification form and upload your documents

Our compliance team will review your submission and notify you once approved.

Verification Review Timeline

Most verification requests are reviewed within:
1–2 business days

If additional information is required, our compliance team will contact you directly by email.

Once Verified

After approval:

  • Your company will be marked as Verified
  • You’ll be able to publish jobs immediately
  • Your listings can become publicly searchable on Pillo

💡 Important Reminder

Verification approval is required only once unless:

  • Your company information changes significantly
  • Additional compliance review is needed
  • Your account is flagged for policy review

Keeping your company information accurate helps avoid publishing delays.
