If your job posting isn't appearing on Pillo, there are several common reasons it may not be visible to job seekers.
Review the situations below to determine why your posting may be hidden or unavailable.
The Job is Still in Draft Mode
Jobs saved as Draft are not published publicly.
Draft jobs:
- Are only visible internally to your company
- Cannot be searched by job seekers
- Require publishing before going live
To check:
- Go to Job Listings
- Open the job post
- Verify the status is not marked as Draft
The Job Has Not Been Paid For
Job posts will not become active until payment has been successfully completed.
Depending on your account setup:
- You may need an active subscription, or
- You may need to purchase the individual job post
⚠️ Unpaid job posts remain inactive and hidden from public search results.
Your Company Has Not Been Verified
To protect job seekers from scams and fraudulent listings, all companies must complete verification before publishing jobs.
If your company is still pending verification:
- You can create job posts
- But you cannot publish them publicly
Check your verification status under:
Admin Dashboard → Company → Verification
The Job Violated Our Terms of Use
Pillo may remove or restrict job postings that violate our platform policies or Terms of Use.
Examples may include:
- Fraudulent or misleading job listings
- Inappropriate content
- Discriminatory language
- Duplicate or spam postings
If your job was flagged or removed, our compliance or support team may contact you with additional details.
The Job Has Been Closed or Archived
Closed or archived jobs are automatically removed from public visibility.
Closed jobs:
- No longer accepts applications
- Are hidden from job seekers
- Remain accessible internally for reporting and candidate review
The Job Was Deleted
Deleted jobs are permanently removed from the platform and cannot be viewed by candidates.
⚠️ Deleted jobs cannot be recovered.
How to Check Your Job Status
To review the current status of your posting:
- Go to Job Listings
- Open the job post
- Review the status label at the top of the page
Possible statuses include:
- Draft
- Active
- Inactive
- Closed
