Need to make changes to a job you’ve already created? Pillo makes it easy to update your job details at any time.
Follow the steps below to edit an existing job post.
1. Go to Job Listings
From your Employer Dashboard:
- Click Job Listing from the left-hand navigation menu
- Locate the job you want to update
You can use filters or search to quickly find the correct posting.
2. Open the Job Options Menu
Once you’ve opened the job posting:
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the job details page
- Click the three dots (⋮) menu
A dropdown menu will appear with additional job management options.
3. Select “Edit Job Details”
From the dropdown menu, click:
✅ Edit Job Details
This will open the editable version of your job posting form.
4. Update Your Job Information
You can update fields such as:
- Job Title
- Department
- Job Description
- Years of Experience
- Work Type (Onsite, Remote, Hybrid)
- Salary Range
- Hiring Manager
- Job Categories
5. Save Your Changes
After making updates:
- Review your changes carefully
- Click Save or Update Job
Your changes will be reflected in the active job listing immediately after saving.
📌 Important Notes
- Only authorized users with the correct permissions can edit job posts
- Changes to active jobs may affect candidate visibility and search rankings
- Some edits may require internal review depending on your company settings
