Required Fields for Job Posts

When creating a job post on Pillo, certain fields are required before your listing can proceed to review and publishing.

All required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*) throughout the job posting form.

1. Common Required Fields

Depending on your company setup and job type, required fields may include:

  • Job Title*
  • Job Code*
  • Job Department*
  • Job Categories*
  • Years of Experience*
  • Job Type*
  • Work Type*
  • Hiring Manager*
  • Job Description*
  • Application Deadline*

Some companies may also require additional internal fields configured by their administrators.

2. Why Required Fields Matter

Required fields help:

  • Ensure job seekers receive complete and accurate information
  • Improve job search visibility and matching
  • Reduce incomplete or misleading job postings
  • Standardize hiring information across your company

3. How to Identify Required Fields

Any field marked with a red asterisk (*) must be completed before moving to the next step.

Examples:

  • Job Title *
  • Job Department *
  • Work Type *

4. Missing Required Fields

If a required field is missing:

  • The system will display a validation message
  • You may be prevented from moving to the next step
