The Pillo Employer Dashboard is your central hub for managing everything related to hiring — from tracking job posts and reviewing applicants to monitoring performance metrics and staying organized with your company details.
This article gives you a quick tour of what’s included and how to use it.
Live Candidate Overview
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a color-coded chart that tracks where candidates are in your hiring pipeline. This includes:
Applied
Screen
Interview
Offer Sent
Denied
Offer Accepted
This overview helps you understand how many candidates are moving through each stage and where you might need to take action.
Applicant Feed
Just below the chart is a live feed showing the most recent applicants, with key info like:
Applicant Name & Email
Job Title Applied For
Location
Application Status (e.g., New Application, Screen, Offer Sent, Interview)
Click on any applicant to view their full profile or message them directly.
Company Overview
This section provides a quick snapshot of your overall performance and settings:
Total Jobs – How many jobs your company has posted
Total Applicants – Number of applicants across all roles
Holidays – How many company holidays you've set and how many remain
Upcoming Holidays
Stay on top of upcoming public or company-set holidays. This helps with planning interviews, start dates, or campaign pauses.

Use the left-hand menu to access your main tools:
Dashboard – This homepage view
Applicants – Full list of applications with filters
Job Listings – Create, edit, close, or track job posts
Invoices – View and download billing history
Company – Update profile info and complete verification
Job Settings – Set departments, locations, holidays, etc.
Integrations – Connect with external systems (if enabled)
Reports – Track performance and activity data
Log Out – End your session securely
💡 Tip: Use the "Post Job" button in the top-right corner of your dashboard to quickly start a new listing from anywhere on the platform.
