Once you’ve submitted your company verification in the Admin dashboard, our team gets to work behind the scenes to ensure everything is in order before your account can go live.
A Verification Review Ticket is Created
Once you complete and submit your verification form, our system automatically generates a Verification Review Ticket for our compliance team.
This ticket includes:
Your submitted company information
Uploaded documents
Contact details for follow-up
Compliance Team Reviews Your Submission
Our compliance team carefully checks your documentation to ensure it meets regional and platform requirements.
⚠️ If anything is missing, unclear, or flagged, we will reach out to the contact person listed on your form.
Approved Verifications
If your information is complete and valid:
Your company will be marked as Verified
You’ll receive a confirmation email
You’ll be able to publish job posts immediately
If There’s an Issue
If the team identifies an issue with your documents or information:
You’ll receive a follow-up email outlining what needs to be corrected
You’ll be able to return to the Admin > Company > Verification section to edit and resubmit
How Long Does It Take?
Most verifications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
You can continue setting up your account and create job posts, but you won’t be able to publish them until verification is approved.
