Welcome to Pillo! Whether you’re hiring for the first time or switching from another platform, this checklist will guide you through everything you need to do to set up and start posting jobs on Pillo.
Step 1: Create Your Employer Account
Start by signing up with your company name, business email, and basic contact details.

Step 2: Complete Your Company Profile
Before posting jobs, you’ll need to set up your company details in the Admin section. This helps candidates understand who you are and ensures your job posts are properly categorized.
Be sure to complete the following:
Company Information (name, website, description, logo)
Locations (main office or branches)
Departments (e.g., Sales, Tech, HR)
Holidays (your company’s work calendar)
Step 3: Submit Verification Documents
To publish jobs on Pillo, your company must be verified. This helps protect job seekers from fraud and ensures only legitimate employers can post jobs on the platform.
Here’s how to complete verification:
Go to your Admin Dashboard
Click Company in the left-hand menu
Select the Verification tab
Click the Add button (top-right corner)
You’ll be prompted to provide the following information:
Country of operation
Incorporation Date

Verification Type (choose one):
Business Registration
Government-Issued ID
Tax ID
Certificate of Incorporation
Utility Bill
Contact Name & Phone Number
Document ID (if applicable)
Upload Supporting Documents
Once submitted, our team will review your details and notify you once your account is verified. You’ll then be able to publish job posts and receive applications.ion is complete.
Step 4: Choose a Plan or Pay-Per-Post
Decide whether you want a subscription for ongoing hiring or post jobs individually.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure regional payment methods.
Step 5: Post Your First Job
Once verified and your payment is complete, you can publish your job post and start receiving applications.

Use clear titles
Complete screening questions
Include salary range (optional but encouraged)
Step 6: Manage Applications
Log in anytime to review applicants, rate candidates, and move them through your hiring pipeline using our built-in ATS tools.
