Troubleshooting Verification Errors

After you submit your company verification, our compliance team reviews your documents to ensure they meet our platform standards. In most cases, verification is approved without issue — but if something is missing or unclear, we’ll reach out directly.

We Couldn't Verify Your Documents

If your verification cannot be approved based on the documents you submitted, you’ll receive an email notification from our compliance team. This email will outline:

  • Why the verification couldn’t be completed

  • What additional information or documents are needed

  • How to resubmit the correct documents. 

How to Resubmit Your Verification

  1. Log in to your Pillo Admin Dashboard

  2. Go to Company > Verification

  3. Click Edit or Submit New

  4. Upload the requested documents and resubmit

Tips for a Successful Resubmission

  • Ensure documents are clear, legible, and official

  • Double-check that all required fields (e.g., country, verification type, contact info) are completed

  • Match the Document ID to the uploaded file, if applicable
