Company Verification Requirements & Process

Before you can publish jobs on Pillo, your company must complete our verification process. This helps ensure job seekers are connecting with real, credible employers and protects the integrity of the platform.

Here’s what you’ll need to know and prepare before submitting your verification.

Why Verification is Required

Pillo is committed to providing a secure experience for job seekers and employers alike. Verification helps us:

• Prevent fraudulent job postings

• Ensure companies are legitimate and registered

• Improve trust and visibility for your job listings

📌 Verified companies appear more trustworthy to job seekers and are given priority placement on the platform.

Where to Submit Your Verification

1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard

2. Click Company in the left-hand menu

3. Navigate to the Verification tab

4. Click the Add button (top-right corner)

5. Complete the form and upload your documents

Required Information

During the verification process, you’ll need to provide:

• Country

• Incorporation Date

• Verification Type (select one from the list)

• Document ID (if applicable)

• Contact Name & Phone Number

• Upload of your verification document

Accepted Verification Documents

You’ll be asked to upload one of the following official documents:

• Business Registration Certificate

• Tax ID Document

• Government-Issued ID (for sole proprietors)

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Utility Bill (for address verification)

💡 Tip: Make sure your documents are clear, official, and not expired.

Tips for a Smooth Submission

• Use an official business email domain for faster review

• Double-check for any typos in your Document ID

• Ensure uploaded files are in PDF, JPG, PNG, or DOC format and under 10MB

• Match the information on your form with the uploaded document

What Happens Next?

Once submitted, our compliance team will review your information within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once verified — or a request for additional information if anything needs to be updated.

🔒 You can create job posts while verification is pending, but you cannot publish them until approval is complete.
